NMR have been established since 2019 and we are a specialists Healthcare Agency we provide perm jobs to healthcare professions we mainly supply to the Private Sector so that is Private Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Care Homes all across UK.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join us on our passionate, supportive and hard-working team.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Generating and qualifying nurses for perm roles
- Approaching and liaising with clients
- Managing clients and closing placements
- Maintain a good understanding of the private nursing market
- Identify and utilise business opportunities
- Liaising with candidates and managing their expectations
- Negotiating terms of business
- Adhere to all internal recruitment process and policies.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with all active candidates, endorsing the NMR values.
- Completing and updating candidate compliance requirements for clients.
- Liaising with regional team leaders and managers.
- Updating spreadsheets as required.
- Diary management for all candidates.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have relevant experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in nursing or social care
- Be able to work in a fast paced sales environment
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Be self motivated, financially driven and accustomed to the resilience required for recruitment
- Be driven by KPIs and hitting sale targets.
- Possess excellent written communication skills
- Be eager to gain career development.
