Key Responsibilities
- As an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer, your role will involve:
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates for permanent roles.
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database (CRM).
- Liaising with hiring teams to identify recruitment priorities.
- Developing relationships with candidates and managing their expectations.
- Supporting candidates through the placement process and ensuring successful onboarding.
- Meeting targets for placing cleared candidates into roles.
- Staying informed about trends in the private nursing market.
- Managing diaries and maintaining recruitment records and spreadsheets.
- Adhering to company recruitment policies and processes.

Apprenticeship Eligibility:
- To qualify, you must:
- Not already hold a recruitment qualification at Level 3 or higher.
- Meet English and Maths assessment requirements.
- Have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding criteria.
