MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interviewing candidates
- Maintaining the candidate database (CRM)
- Liaising with hiring teams to identify areas and roles of focus
- Meeting targets set on placing staff into work/roles
- Meeting targets set on converting cleared staff into working staff
- Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates

Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
- To not already hold a recruitment qualification at level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
