As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a confident and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our Community Care service.
The Role:
We’re recruiting a Registered Manager to lead the quality, compliance, and day-to-day delivery of our Community Care service.
This role suits someone calm under pressure, confident leading teams, and committed to consistently high standards of care.
You’ll support staff, drive service quality, and ensure safe, effective, person-centred outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day service delivery
- Oversee quality, compliance, and safeguarding
- Support and develop staff teams
- Manage care planning, risk, and audits
- Handle incidents, escalations, and safeguarding concerns
- Build strong relationships with families and professionals
- Support service growth and improvement
- Ensure CQC compliance
- Monitor performance and outcomes
About You:
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive leader with strong knowledge of community care delivery with the ability to work flexibly with a minimum of two days per week in the office (Can choose either the Canary Wharf or Leicester office), with the remainder of time spent working from home or visiting clients in England.
You will ideally have:
- Experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar health & social care leadership role
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care
- Experience supporting people with mental health needs and/or learning disabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
- Confident using digital care systems and reporting tools
- Compassionate, resilient, and solution-focused approach
- Ability to work flexibly with a minimum of two days per week in the office (Can choose either the Canary Wharf or Leicester office), with the remainder of time spent working from home or visiting clients in England.
- A Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
