About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Talent & Recruitment Manager to lead and shape recruitment across the Bleep 360 Group. This is a pivotal role where you’ll combine hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic leadership, managing a small team of recruiters while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our growth by building strong talent pipelines, delivering compliant and high-quality recruitment, and enhancing our employer brand—while ensuring we meet all safer recruitment, CQC, and Ofsted requirements.

What you’ll be doing
Recruitment strategy & delivery
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across the group, ensuring speed, quality, and full compliance with safer recruitment standards.
Personally manage sensitive and senior-level hires.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet both current and future workforce needs.
Partner with hiring managers to provide expert advice, market insights, and best-practice recruitment guidance.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, negotiating terms and ensuring value for money.
Employer branding & attraction
Develop and deliver innovative recruitment campaigns in collaboration with Marketing.
Lead employer branding initiatives to position Bleep 360 Group as an employer of choice.
Build strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, and external organisations.
Lead and attend national recruitment events and recruitment days.
Manage recruitment advertising spend across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximise ROI.
Leadership & people development
Lead, coach, and develop the Talent team, creating a high-performing and engaged culture.
Allocate resources effectively to meet business priorities and recruitment demand.
Use onboarding, probation, and exit feedback to influence retention and employee engagement initiatives.
Contribute to wider people and talent strategies, including succession planning and internal mobility.
Data, insight & DEI
Embed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion into all recruitment practices.
Analyse recruitment data and KPIs to provide clear insights to senior leaders.
Monitor budgets and produce regular reports on recruitment performance, costs, and market trends.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within regulated environments (CQC / Ofsted).
Strong knowledge of safer recruitment, safeguarding, and compliance.
Experience leading and developing a recruitment or talent team.
Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at all levels.
Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and suppliers.
Data-driven, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and trends.
Passionate about employer branding and inclusive recruitment practices.
