We're looking for a creative, strategic, and proactive Marketing and Communications Officer who is ready to make a real impact in health and social care.

The Role:

As our Marketing and Communications Officer, you’ll lead on brand visibility, digital engagement, and outreach initiatives that support business growth and raise awareness of our vital services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Marketing Strategy & Brand:

  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies that reflect our mission and values
  • Manage digital and print campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance to drive engagement and reach

Engagement & Outreach:

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders—local authorities, partners, commissioners
  • Represent Bleep 360 Care at industry events, exhibitions, job fairs and community initiatives
  • Plan and deliver marketing support for recruitment, partnerships and public awareness campaigns
  • Produce engaging content, including newsletters, case studies and impact stories

 Digital Marketing & Comms:

  • Create and manage content across all social media platforms
  • Oversee blog, email and video marketing campaigns
  • Ensure the company website is SEO-optimised and up to date
  • Work with media to secure positive coverage and raise brand visibility
  • Serve as a central point of contact for brand alignment and communications

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Conduct market research and track emerging trends in health and social care
  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights to inform future strategies
  • Develop feedback mechanisms to measure impact and improve campaigns

About you:

We’re after someone with passion, creativity, and drive—ideally with experience in marketing and communications that support business development. Experience in health and social care, recruitment, or nonprofit sectors is a plus, but not essential.

You’ll also need to have:

A strong background in brand management, content creation and stakeholder engagement
Demonstrable experience planning and attending events, from job fairs to exhibitions
Expertise in social media management, content strategy, SEO and analytics
Solid organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
Proficiency in marketing tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CMS, CRM systems, and email platforms
