What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
- Ensuring HR records and compliance documentation are accurate and up to date
- Supporting managers with HR advice and employee relations matters
- Developing and improving HR policies and procedures
- Supporting performance management, training and employee engagement
- Maintaining HR systems and supporting audits and compliance (including Ofsted)
- Working closely with the Talent team on onboarding and workforce processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in an HR Advisor or HR Manager role
- Experience in a regulated environment (care, education or similar)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Confident handling employee relations cases
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- CIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards)
- Ideally from children’s residential care, but we welcome candidates from other Ofsted or CQC regulated environments
Why Join Us?
- Hybrid working (minimum 2 days in office)
- State-of-the-art office environment (London site includes a free on-site barista)
- Opportunity to build and shape an in-house HR function
- Supportive leadership team
- Opportunity to grow with the organisation
- A role where your work makes a real impact
Additional Information:
- Flexible, part-time role (2-3 days per week)
- Location: We are open to candidates for either our London or Plymouth office, with occasional travel to services (typically quarterly) as required
- Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 pro rata
- Contract: Permanent
Disclosure:
