Field Care Supervisor:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Field Care Supervisor to support safe, high-quality care in the community. This is a field-based role, so regular travel is essential to various locations.
With full mentorship and training, this role offers a clear 6-month progression pathway to Deputy Manager for those ready to step up.
What You’ll Do:
- Carry out community visits, spot checks, reviews, and care plan updates
- Support risk assessments, quality checks, and trauma-informed practice
- Provide day-to-day guidance for care staff; assist with inductions and supervisions
- Support audits, EMAR checks, safeguarding, and CQC compliance
- Act as a key contact for families, professionals, and staff
- Help mobilise new packages and promote continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in community care (Senior Support Worker or Team Leader level)
- Some supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organisation, and leadership potential
- Understanding of safeguarding and CQC requirements
- Compassionate, person-centred values
- Full UK driving licence & ability to travel for community visits
