Compliance Manager

We’re looking for a driven and commercially aware Workforce Compliance Manager to lead our Onboarding, Maintenance and Audit teams and take full ownership of workforce compliance delivery across the group.

This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for ensuring all regulatory, contractual and governance standards are consistently met across the business.

You’ll:

• Lead, motivate and develop a multi-function compliance team

• Oversee onboarding performance and candidate clearance targets

• Ensure ongoing workforce compliance and audit readiness

• Lead preparation for external audits and governance reviews

• Monitor KPIs and provide clear reporting to senior leadership

• Identify risks, streamline processes and drive continuous improvement

• You’ll play a key role in protecting the business, supporting growth and maintaining exceptional compliance standards.

About You:

• Experienced in compliance, audit or governance within healthcare or another regulated sector

• Strong understanding of CQC standards and NHS frameworks

• Confident preparing for and supporting audits

• A natural leader who can motivate, challenge and develop a team

• Detail-focused, proactive and solutions-driven

• This role would be perfect for a Senior Compliance Officer or Team Leader who’s ready to step up into a broader leadership position with more ownership and visibility.
